Golden yellow. On the nose, a balance of exotic fruits (pineapple, passion fruit), stone fruit (peach), citrus, and nuts, with subtle hints of honey. The palate entry is very full-bodied and unctuous, with the saline character typical of our island. Great structure and freshness give way to a long, expressive finish.
